Fulfillment Policy for Card Payments via Stripe®

This policy outlines how Capital Management Partners fulfills orders and processes payments made by card through Stripe.

Terminology

In this document, the following terms apply:

  • “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the individual using this website and adhering to the Company’s terms, whether outlined here or in a separate agreement.
  • “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Capital Management Partners.
  • “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and the Company. All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our services, in accordance with the prevailing laws of the United Kingdom. Any use of these terms, including singular or plural forms, is interchangeable and refers to the same entity.

Fulfillment Policy

At Capital Management Partners, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take any complaints about our services seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) outlines our delivery practices and the guidelines related to refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for obtaining a refund. Our services are billed in British Pounds (GBP).

Delivery Policy

We provide real estate and land portfolio management plans to clients via electronic and telephonic communication, as per client requests.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the contract term.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You received the service as ordered but changed your mind.
  • You were informed of any risks associated with the service prior to purchase.
  • You were dissatisfied with the service or found it unnecessary after purchase.
  • You received the service and did not report any issues within 7 days of receipt.

Return Policy

As we provide real estate management services, returns are not permitted. Refunds may be offered under specific circumstances, as explained above.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract with Capital Management Partners is signed, cancellations are not permitted.

Administrative Fee

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and believe you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, please email info@capitalmanagementpartners.co.uk with details of your complaint. We will promptly review your submission. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected based on the circumstances.
